This model is based on searching for a benefit for the Business and a Persona(s) (who can be Customers (different types of Clients, Providers, and Stakeholders) or Employees (general, Scrum team members), by creating a change in the Product (increasing its value since it provides a benefit in a Persona(s) and for the Business).

So we consider 3 Entities:

BUSINESS - PERSONA(S) - PRODUCT

The basic and more important concept is that for everything we do, we should identify the impact on the Business, one or several types of Persona, and which change in the Product may produce the impacts.

We evaluate the impact on the 2 entities (Business, so we can evaluate:

The key concept and the philosophy behind this model are that all the entities are related and interconnected and everyone wins or everyone will lose

We can adapt some changes that will have a good impact on one entity at the expense of another, for a short time the profited entity will benefit but in the middle or long term, the one that has a negative impact will drag down the other entities.

Example:

everything we do should have a benefit for all of them,

The BUSINESS wants to achieve XXX and we believe that if the PERSONA(S)
