by making a chnge in the pocess, workflows, etc,,, here we always consider separeated the personas as customers AND employees

of couse there are exceptions where unfortunatelly, someone can take an unfair advanage of the others… if you work in one of these companies, were that model would work better, ( as employe, if you see that a bussines to succed needs to take advantage of employees or customers my advice, search other job)
