1. Fill in/update the items: add/modify the Aspect Title, open the page to add/modify the content (DEFINITION and the 6 questions), and fill in/update the needed properties (Affects, State, Priority, etc).

2. On each Sprint Retrospective (but as well it’s possible anytime): add items, change page content or property values.

• It is ok to use more than one value for the property Affects, but it is not advised to use more than two values, do not need to use them all.
• State is related to the specific item shown in the Aspect Title, it is not related to the Affects property value (represent the state of the item before.
• Regarding Priority: 0. Done are items that do not require attention anymore, Monitoring are old items that still require attention, In progress items are actual work in progress and the other values are next items to improve.
• It is possible to re-open the same Aspect Title without creating a new item, just change Priority and Date_actionplan. </aside>
