A guest CANNOT:

• join a full teamspace or workspace
• crate new pages outside the pages where they have access (only can create sub-pages of pages where they have access)
• be added to groups
• be workspace admins or membership admins, therefore for example they cannot:
  • adjust workspace settings or billing info
  • add new members, delete members, modify roles, add or remove members into groups,
  • etc
• add new integrations

OTHER IMPORTANTS CANNOT

• import data
• create automations
• convert database into task database
• do not have a home section
• use AI (cant create blocks or use Q&A or create AI properties or generate content by clicking generate but if they are created can see the info)
• create actions for buttons as blocks or as property of a database but can modify them
• make mentions on groups
• access to Updates (🕘 at the top right of the page). however, they can make the changes by accessing the view history:
  • Click ••• at the top right of any Notion page. Choose View edit history. Select the date of the version to restore and click Restore version.
• access a workspace via SSO. Guests are not supported.
• create private pages or pages outside the pages and subpages where they have been granted shared access, they only have favorites and shared sections in the sidebar
